Cute Winter Small Play Toy from Target

I always love finding affordable items to add to our small play collection. If you're like me, you want to switch up what's out to coordinate with the seasons (that's how we do our "themes").

I was doing some internet browsing and came across these adorable trees from Hearth and Hand (Joanna Gaines) available at Target. I am *not* affiliated with them, I literally just wanted to share a sweet find!

The set is $9.99 and includes 6 little trees, all slightly different. Looking at them, it seems you could use them in any season, but I love to make our winter small play (especially in December) as simple as little evergreen trees, deer, and people bundled up. You could easily paint or glue felt on a thin piece of plastic or wood and create a simple winter scene with green space or white (snow!) and a little pond for ice skating. That's all you need! In the past I have found cute and cheap people and animal ornaments, but you could totally use peg people.
