Halloween Mask

Writer's picture: Elizabeth GrussElizabeth Gruss

Make a mask and start the halloween fun early!

You'll need:

Various craft materials

cardboard or felt

string or popsicle stick

Directions:

Give your child a base to work on- either cardboard or felt, something sturdier than paper. Put out craft materials and glue for them to decorate. Feathers, gems, stickers, pipe cleaners, foam shapes, are all great items. If your craft selection is low, you could do dried noodles and paint over. When the mask is dried and done, attach a string or stick so they can either hold it up to their face or wear it. Keep it with your dress up stuff for post- halloween fun!
